If you do dynamic muscle-strengthening exercises, 7 mm (0.3”) is enough. The length is also important. For example, for Pilates or strengthening, choose a mat that is the same length as or longer than your height

What is the right mat size and thickness?

When you're doing toning exercises such as planks, it's important that your mat is resistant to wear and tear caused by your shoes. Place the grey surface against the floor and position yourself on the coloured part, which is fitted with anti-abrasion film. This way, you can train with shoes on without damaging your mat.

Which side of the mat should you use?

Here’s our secret recipe for cleaning and deodorizing your mat after every workout: 300 mL (1 1/4 cups) of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 5 drops of lavender essential oil.
