Push your limits by adding weight to your training!

Complete 4 to 6 circuits with 1 to 2 minutes rest time at the end of each circuit.
- Beginner: 20 seconds work, 40 seconds rest
- Intermediate: 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
- Experienced: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest
After completing the first exercise, continue with the second exercise after a rest period, and so on.
