How do I adjust the straps?
Attach the straps to your pants before you put them on. The straps have three parts in a Y shape: The two longer parts attach to the front of the pants in the loops intended for this purpose. Put the end of the strap through the loop and attach using the hook-and-loop tab. The right setting for the straps is the one that puts slight pressure on the shoulders.
Repairs
This product is repairable. We commit to repairing your product free of charge for the duration of the warranty. The store. However, if we can’t repair your product due to a production defect, we will exchange it or reimburse you.
