To stay warm and dry, use the 3-layer rule: - Layer 1, a base layer to keep you dry. - Layer 2, an insulating layer to keep you warm. - Layer 3, a protective layer against the elements.
How is the water resistance of a jacket measured?
A fabric’s water resistance is measured by placing the product in a special shower that replicates real-world conditions (based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A water-resistance rating of 10,000 mm means the fabric can resist 10,000 mm of water pressure. How to wash your ski jacket or ski pants
To optimize the performance and durability of your product, we recommend the following: *Machine wash at 30°C on the synthetics setting. *Turn the product inside out. *Use a small amount of detergent. Do not use fabric softener. * Spin between 800 and 1,200 rpm. * Dry flat or tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not place on a radiator or heat source.
This product is repairable
We will repair your product free of charge for the term of the warranty. Whatever needs repairing (accessories, seams, zippers, etc.), visit your local store for service. If your product can’t be repaired due to a production defect, we will offer you an exchange or refund.

I love the pockets on this jacket, including the one in the sleeve. It's kept me reasonably warm BUT the main zipper is terrible. The first jacket I bought had zipper issues quite quickly, and Decathlon did replace it, but the second jacket only lasted less than one season bef
ore I began having zipper issues again. I've owned other ski jackets that have lasted for years, and other than the zipper, this jacket would still be completely usable. It's a shame an otherwise great jacket is ruined by the low-quality zipper.

This is a really nice jacket from what I can see. Waiting a couple weeks to get on the slopes and use it but perfect so far while wearing around the house. Lots of pockets. Warm but it is a SHELL jacket, not insulated (Shell is what I was looking for so I am very happy). It ru
ns small in my opinion I am usually a size 8 (Small) but had to go for a size Large on this jacket. However I do prefer a baggier fit compared to others. It is a great jacket. No complaints but as mentioned yet to use it while skiing.

The zip on this £130 jacket continually stuck when I tried it on in store so I didn't buy it. Came online to maybe buy the same jacket but the zip problem looks the same. What a shame! I loved the comfort, colour and fit of the jacket, but let down by a faulty zip!
