I had high hopes for this and then the smell let me down. It’s not like an essential oil or even febreeze. It’s a weak faint small and it made my mat sticky. Plus side to this is if your mat is is slippy and you slide in postures, use this spray. Should be renamed mat grip spr
ay rather than a freshening spray.
