UV Protection

All our goggles are 100% anti-UV certified by the EN-174 standard. Goggles, which perfectly enclose the eyes and prevent any direct or reflected UV light from entering, provide the best protection.

Sun S3 lens

S3 Sun is a dark lens that protects you from bright sunlight. We have selected a brown tint that offers good visibility in shaded areas or in the late afternoon when the sun is less bright. Lenses are not scratch-resistant.

Essential anti-fogging system

Essential anti-fogging is a dual lens with treatment on the inside of the inner lens. To ensure effective ventilation, do not block the vent with a neck warmer, for example. Do not rub inner surface of lens. Instead, dab it carefully to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible. Dry goggles thoroughly every night.

Double lens

Dual screen reduces condensation. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the goggles is lower, limiting fogging on the goggles’ inner lens. The inner lens also has an anti-fog treatment.

Wraparound lens

Wraparound dual lens, made of polycarbonate for the outer lens and cellulose polycarbonate for the inner lens, both cut to fit the shape of the goggles.

Field of vision

There is a vertical and a horizontal visual field. The G 100 has an Essential field of vision, providing good, safe, visibility on the sides.

Ski helmet compatibility

All Wedze ski goggles are designed to fit perfectly with Wedze ski helmets.

Compatibility with prescription glasses

The padded sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leave space for the stems of eyeglasses. G 100 ski goggles in size L can be worn with glasses (maximum width of 135 mm).

CE - EN -174 and ANSI Standard

The EN -174 standard is a European standard applied to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or during similar activities, such as snowboarding. The ANSI standard, the American standard, has more stringent requirements for resistance to shocks and impact. These ski goggles pass both these standards.

To avoid fogging

Moisture causes fogging. To prevent fogging, keep the foam dry by not placing your goggles on your head or helmet. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. Dry your ski goggles completely overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity so you can hit the slopes with bone-dry goggles the next day.
