This product is repairable. We commit to repairing your product free of charge during the 5-year warranty. If you need the seams, zippers, or another element repaired, contact your store. How can I be sure that my jacket is strong and durable?

Our snowboard jackets are guaranteed for five years. We offer repairs if your jacket is damaged. Contact us on our website to learn how to get your product repaired. We opt for components and assembly processes that make our ski and snowboard jackets as durable as possible.

How can I be sure this jacket will protect me from bad weather?

The components and assembly process used for this product make it resistant to water and wind. The waterproof rating is measured with a special shower that tests the product’s capacity to withstand the elements. Snowboarders also tested the product over several days, under various weather conditions, to validate the jacket’s waterproofing.

Water often gets in through the seams. Does my jacket have taped seams?

The jacket’s waterproof fabric is reinforced with taped seams. Waterproof adhesive strips taped to the inside seams make this product fully watertight. All the product’s seams are taped.

What is the water-repellent feature of my jacket for?

The water-repellent treatment applied to the outer surface makes water run off the fabric without seeping in. The fabric does not soak up water and stays light and warm. This treatment must be renewed during the life of the product, after 2 or 3 washes on average. All the waterproof jackets we design for snowboarders are also water-repellent.

Coated jacket: what are the advantages of the coating?

A breathable coating is applied to a fabric in the form of a paste or liquid, creating a protective film. The breathable coating is a waterproof barrier that lets through perspiration.

How does my jacket keep me warm?

To keep you warm, we use wadding insulation. Wadding is a synthetic component made from polyester that stores air depending on the length of the fibres. Wadding can be standard, hi-tech, or silicone-coated, and each type has different properties (warmth, low weight, elasticity, etc.).

How should I dress to avoid getting cold in the mountains?

To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-layer technique: - Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. - Layer 2 or insulating layer, to keep the heat in. - Layer 3 to protect against the elements.

How can I keep snow out of my jacket?

Our jackets have elastic snow skirts that can be adjusted at the waist. The seal keeps the snow out if you fall or are boarding in fresh snow.

How do I wash my jacket?

To optimize your jacket’s performance and durability, we advise the following: *Machine wash at 30°C on a synthetics cycle. *Turn the product inside-out. *Use a small amount of detergent. Do not use fabric softener. *Do not use a spin cycle. *Hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not place on a heater or radiator.You can restore the water resistance of the outer fabric with a fabric waterproofing spray. Read the care label.
