To remove your tire, start by deflating the inner tube completely.
Then separate the tire from the rim with a tire lever.

Make sure the arrow on the sidewall is pointing forward.
To put your tire back on, place the bead (the rigid part that determines the shape of your tire) on the rim.
Next, inflate your inner tube by approximately 30% before fitting it to the rim (inflating it beforehand reduces the risk of pinching the inner tube).

Fit the second bead to the rim, starting on the side opposite the valve.
