Experience

"This ski is a surefire way to help young skiers progress. Its deeper sidecut makes it easier to complete turns."

Structure

Polyurethane-injected skis, for a lighter weight and easier progression.

Bindings

The Tyrolia SRM 4.5 binding, DIN 0.75 to 4.5, fits adult or kids’ boots. Quick, single-click heel adjustment to fit different boots sizes. Easily adjustable: we recommend getting this done in our workshops. Long adjustment range from 119 mm to 254 mm (4.7.–10”).

Strength

Plastic tip end and reinforced topsheet. White colour for greater scratch resistance.

What is the rocker?

When placed on the ground, the ski’s points of contact are near the tip and tail, while the waist (under the bindings) is slightly raised. The longer and higher the camber, the greater the traction, and the more responsive the ski. The lower, the more tolerant and manageable it is.

What is a rocker?

On a rocker ski, the tip and sometimes the heel come off the ground sooner than with a cambered ski: this moves the contact points toward the centre of the ski. The ski has less contact with the snow, offering added manoeuvrability and lift in soft snow. The edges grip better when turning on hard snow. The longer the rocker, the better the ski handles. While a shorter rocker allows for more aggressive skiing.

Piste rocker

Small rocker for easier turning.
