How do I relax with the acupressure mat?
The acupressure mat is very easy to use on the floor, a couch, or a bed.Lay the mat out on the surface of your choice, then just lie down on it and start the acupressure session.You don’t have to do anything: the spikes do all the work for you!Do the spikes hurt? A short adaptation time is necessary, which is why we recommend starting with short sessions (5 to 10 minutes) while wearing clothes.
How do I use the acupressure cushion?
Place the acupressure cushion under the back of your neck.Use it the same way as you use the acupressure mat.
What are the contraindications?
The acupressure mat and cushion are for adult use only.
