Bike compatibility
These pedals have a 9/16" (1.4 cm) standard thread that is compatible with all adult mountain, hybrid, city, and road bikes on the market.
Mounting
To mount the pedals, you will need an 8 mm (5/16") Allen key. Make sure you screw each pedal on the right way: clockwise for the right, and counterclockwise for the left.

Adjustment
The holding and release tension of the SPD cleat is adjustable.
Security
When learning to use clipless pedals, make sure you plan ahead each time you want to unclip and put your foot down (at traffic lights, when stopping, or when there's an obstacle in the way). If you aren't yet completely at ease with cleats, you might want to use the flat side of your pedals on the more technical sections of your ride.
Product care
These pedals are designed to last. The CNC-milled chromoly steel spindle has been heat treated. The high-quality oil seals ensure durability. The double sealed bearings require little maintenance.

Il n’y a pas d’instruction de montage le lien amène vers un vidéo YouTube qui est privé. La vis pour ouvrir plus grand est défectueuse bref très déçu. Je compte les retourner en espérant avoir un remboursement même si la boîte est ouverte.

Work well and very practical. They are not weighted so that the clipless side is always face up. With the very nature of the design that can make them practical for 2 uses does also mean it takes some getting used to clipping in and out when they are not always facing the righ

Étant débutant et vélotafeur je voulais des pédales permettant une double utilisation route/ ville. J'ai commencé à régler la vis de tension pour commencer à apprendre à utiliser les cales. La tête de la vis de tension s'est cassée avant meme de pouvoir utiliser les cales. La
clé de 3 semble trop petite mais une clé de 3.5 est trop grande. Est ce que ce sont des vis au pas américain? Quoiqu'il en soit je dois les rapporter au magasin

Les pédales sont inutilisables car la tension est impossible à régler du fait de la très mauvaise qualité de la vis de réglage. En effet, le métal s'abime très vite malgré l'utilisation de la clé recommandée. Il est maintenant impossible de tourner la vis dans un sens ou dans
