So glad that decathlon decided to sell these as a set at a reasonable price rather than forcing us to buy each weight individually. The bands themselves are good quality in a nice range of resistances but you might need to supplement the set with a heavier band for exercises
like dead lifts. Still early days regarding durability but with the 2 year warranty thats why i bought them from decathlon. Overall I'm really enjoying using bands compared to weights and i love the fact that i can chuck them in a backpack. Suggestion to decathlon. Sell a twin pack of the heavier bands to complement this set.

fait ce qu'on attend d'élastique. l'inconvénient avec ces matières, c'est que ça accroche la peau selon les exercices tu c'est désagréable, mais ça le ferait avec n'importe quelle marque. Peut-être que cela s'améliore avec l'usure.

Toujours le même problème avec ces elastiques. une odeur de latex extrêmement forte et il semble très peu post traité car ils ont une pellicule de latex qui se retire lors des premières utilisation, ça semble pas très safe
