How much weight can you add to these dumbbells?

The weights are fastened to the threaded bar by a nut. This keeps them secure in any position. During dynamic workouts, check the nuts between each set, especially if you hear the weights knocking against one another. 
Minimal movement is normal and safe so that you can easily install weights onto the bar.

This dumbbells set is the perfect solution for storing your workout equipment! Simply place the dumbbell bars and their weights in the case and easily store it under a bed or in a cupboard. 
The case also makes it easy to transport the set.

Dumbbells that are easy to store

There are a few simple things you can do to maintain your dumbbells set. Before storing your equipment in its case, wipe the bar and weights with a damp cloth. 
The case has compartments for each of the parts.
Store the case in a dry place. 

Never store your set in a cool, damp area or outside, as the humidity could cause it to rust.

Our pull-up bar fits most standard doorways. There are a few things to check before installing it:
- The door frame edge needs to be at least 1 cm deep for stability.
- The door should be between 7 and 20 cm thick.
- The ideal width is between 60 and 90 cm.
- There must be space around it: the bar is 104 cm long.
- It is not suitable for corner doors.

For safety during workouts, place your bars on a suitable surface. If the surface is uneven, the bars won’t be stable.
You may want to weigh them down using weights or a sandbag. 
Test them out: if they don’t move, you’re good to go!

Everything you need to know about your product

Do you want to easily store your dip bars until your next workout? 
Simply fold them up! 
The legs can be rotated so they’re in line with the handles and the tube. This allows your bars to lay completely flat. 
You can then slide them under your couch, bed, table, or elsewhere! 

For smaller spaces, they have a storage position that makes them as compact as possible.

How to store your dips bars

If you’d like to make your dips workouts a bit more challenging, try wearing one of our 5 kg (11 lb) weighted jackets (ref: 8736051) or 10 kg (22 lb) weighted jackets (ref: 8734579).
If you’re starting out, use our training bands to help you do your dips.

Intensify your dip workouts

To start: 
- 3 x 3 bodyweight dips
- 3 x 8 supported dips using the training bands 
Next: 
- 3 x 10 to 15 press ups if you’re more advanced
- 3 x 10 seated (or standing) dumbbell presses 
To finish:

These bars allow you to train your upper body by doing dips, body weight rows, and even press ups.

You can also target your legs with body weight exercises, including dynamic or explosive exercises: with the bars installed vertically, you can train as if you were using a speed ladder.

For stationary training, do L-sits; for dynamic training, do leg raises.
