Are these sports shoes designed for indoor use?
Because cardio fitness is mostly done in the gym and/or at home, our shoe is designed for indoor use. For example, the softer rubber is specifically designed for indoor use and will wear out prematurely if it comes into repeated contact with asphalt. The grip of our soles has been tested on indoor surfaces. And speaking of soles, these shoes don’t leave marks on the floor! Great, isn’t it?
About drop (difference in height between the front and back of your shoe)
Like all our fitness shoes, the FSH 100 Fitness Shoe has a 4 mm (0.16”) drop:as close as possible to a barefoot feel (i.e., no drop).

Studies carried out by Sportlab have shown that ankle movement is different in fitness than in running, and that the need for flexion and extension is 1.7 times greater in fitness than in running. With grooves in the forefoot, this shoe’s HX Flex sole moves naturally with your foot.
