The Prevent 500 knee brace helps prevent injuries by applying the compression needed to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sports (basketball, soccer, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). 

Why wear this knee support?

Proprioception is the ability to locate the different parts of your body in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. This greatly reduces the risk of injury.

What is proprioception?

Measure around your leg, 8 cm (3") above your kneecap. Then use that measurement to find your size on the following chart:
Size 0: 32 - 36 cm (12 5/8" - 14 1/8")
Size 1: 36 - 39 cm (14 1/8" - 15 3/8")
Size 2: 39 - 43 cm (15 3/8" - 17")
Size 3: 43 - 47 cm (17" - 18 1/2")
Size 4: 47 - 51 cm (18 1/2" - 20 1/8")
