Nice top, a bit small across the shoulder

I am usually a size medium (but with decathlon, medium is fairly skin-tight). This top, however I purchased in a size large. I like the patterns and the slightly looser torso, but I find it stretches across my shoulders when the zip is done up, and this causes a bit of pulling
on the sleeves. It also causes the sleeves to rise up above my wrist, exposing some skin to sunburn.
