All our goggles are 100% anti-UV certified according to the EN 174 standard. Goggles, which perfectly enclose the eyes and prevent any direct or reflected UV light from entering, provide the best protection.

UV protection

Ski goggles with interchangeable lenses for all-weather use. 
S1 Fog is a light lens offering improved visibility in bad weather.
S3 Sun is a dark lens that protects you from bright sunlight. Lenses are not scratch resistant.

Optimal anti-fogging combines a treated dual lens with an air vent on the frame that ventilates the inside of the ski goggles.
For good ventilation, do not block air vents with a neck warmer, for example. 
Do not rub inner lens surface. Instead, dab it carefully to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.

The dual screen reduces condensation. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. This reduces the thermal shock between the inside and the outside surface of the goggles, which helps delay condensation from forming on the inside lens of the goggles. The inner lens also has an anti-fog treatment.

Ventilated dual lens

The spherical shape gives the least optical distortion. Spherical triple lens. The middle lens is made from injection-moulded polycarbonate, which is extremely shock-resistant. The inner lens is made from acetate. The outer lens is made from an extremely shock-resistant, injection-moulded polycarbonate. The most durable goggles in the Wedze range, with triple lens thickness.

Ski helmet compatibility

These ski goggles in size L can accommodate eyeglasses with a maximum width of 145 mm (5.7”). The foam on the sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leaves room for each temple.

A coloured coating on the outer side of the ski goggles lens (known as coloured Flash) reduces the percentage of light that reaches the eye, reducing glare and improving clarity in sunny conditions.
Warning: The lenses are not scratch resistant.

EN 174 is a European standard that applies to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or during similar activities, such as snowboarding. The ANSI American standard is more stringent than the European standard for shock and impact resistance.
These ski goggles comply with both of these standards.

Moisture causes fogging. Keep the foam as dry as possible. For example, do not place the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. Always dry your ski goggles properly overnight to get rid of all the moisture so you can hit the slopes the next day with completely dry goggles.
