UV protection
What does the UV protection do? It protects your eyes from UV rays. UV radiation is present in winter and summer, in sunny and cloudy weather, and it can be harmful to your eyes and eye contours. The lenses are made of polycarbonate mixed with UV protection against the harmful rays of the sun (UVA and UVB).
Glare
Tinted lens classification based on ISO 12312-1 standard: - Category 1: lens with a light tint for reduced sunlight. - Category 2: lens with a medium tint for average sunlight. - Category 3: dark lens for strong sunlight (sea and mountains). Between 82% and 92% visible light absorbed. - Category 4: very dark lens, for exceptional sunlight (high mountains). Between 92% and 97% visible light absorbed.
Good to know
Our lenses are made of polycarbonate, which is resistant to impacts but easily scratched. The UV protection does not decrease if your lenses get scratched; the mirror effect is purely for aesthetic purposes. The same goes for the colour of our tinted lenses. Choose your glasses according to your preference—all tint colours will protect your eyes.

Lunettes de bonne qualité qui protègent très efficacement des rayons du soleil. Transition photochromique parfois un peu lentes (notamment du sombre vers le clair). Pratique avec le système de réglage des branches et des ailettes du nez pour les adapter au mieux à sa tête.
Assez cher quand même quand on connaît la fragilité de ces modèles dits "masques, notamment les rayures. Pour le prix, on aurait aussi attendu un étui rigide.

Ces lunettes sont top ! Utilisée occasionnellement au ski et RàS, le photochromique et la protection est correctement adaptée à la luminosité. En cyclisme, elles sont bien puisque je roule de nuit dans les endroits éclairés. De jour, c'est parfait. Bémol c'est le manque d'
étui puisque ce ne sont pas des lunettes de vues ... et l'absence d'insert optique. visuellement la plasturgie/monture semble commune avec les ROADR900. Pourquoi pas créer un insert optique commun avec ces deux montures ?
