Pair strength training with cardio. The MS 100 Mini Stepper uses your abs and lower-body muscles for a complete workout. This stepper was designed to be easy and intuitive to use.

The MS 100 Mini Stepper allows for strength training and a cardio workout at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Then spend 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and prevent injury.
Push yourself by increasing the difficulty.
If you want to give your core and abs a more thorough workout, twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a better full-body workout.
Use the counter and the 4 trackers.
Track your session and performance by checking how many reps you’ve done, how long you’ve been at it, the pace you’re going at, and how many calories you’ve burned since the beginning of your workout. You can then analyze these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
