All our sleeping bags have a comfort temperature, which is tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) for compliance with standards. 
The comfort temperature is the lower limit at which users generally in thermal equilibrium, feeling neither too cold nor too hot, in a relaxed position (in normal conditions of use). 
Choose your sleeping bag accordingly.

Usage temperature:

Sleeping bags do not produce heat but rather retain body heat. 
These temperature ratings depend on the user’s resistance to cold, equipment, clothing, and weather conditions.
If you’re cold when you slip into a cold, damp sleeping bag, it’s very likely that you’ll feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is!

What you need to know about temperatures

Choose a sleeping bag adapted to your child’s size. 
The higher the volume of air to heat, the more energy the body will use to keep warm, and the likely your child will feel cold during the night.
Your child can lose a lot of heat from their head. 
In cold weather, put them to bed with a hat on.

Specifics for kids:

Wash in a washing machine with a capacity of at least 7 kg (15 lb.) with the zippers closed.
