How to care for your mat

It’s important to wash your mat after a workout where you put your feet, hands, and head on it. Simply use soapy water and a small dish towel. Leave to dry in the open air, ideally out of direct sunlight. You may notice an odour when first using your mat, but it will disappear over time.
