By adding extra weights to your bodyweight exercises (which have become easy), you increase the difficulty and help your muscles develop. This weighted vest helps you gain strength, explosiveness, and muscular endurance.

Why use a weighted vest for cross-training and weight training?

With this new weighted vest, you can add up to 14 kg (30.8 lb) (by adding cast-iron discs, for example), unlike the old version, which had a maximum limit of 10 kg (22.0 lb).

Our design team redesigned the shoulder straps for extra comfort when doing weighted exercises. The system has also been redesigned to adapt to all body shapes.

Lastly, a hook-and-loop area has been added so you can personalize your weighted vest with patches from your box!

Why choose this new weighted vest?

The weighted vest is practical because it allows you to do complete exercises, such as:
- Dips: to strengthen triceps, shoulders, and pectorals.
- Pull-ups: to build biceps and back muscles.
- Muscle-ups 
- Single- or double-leg squats.
- Burpees: to improve your cardio.

What exercises can you do with the weighted vest?

Steps for adjusting to your size: 
- Put the vest on for the first time.
- Put the vest back down and adjust the straps on the back. 
- To reduce the length, grasp the buckle and pull on the two small straps.
- To increase the length, grasp the buckle and pull on the large strap.

What is the maximum weight the vest can support?

How to look after your weighted vest

Complete 4 to 6 circuits with 0 to 2 minutes recovery time at the end of each circuit.- Beginners: 20 seconds exercise, 40 seconds recovery.
- Intermediate:30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds recovery.
- Experienced: 40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds recovery.

You may want to weigh them down using weights or a sandbag. 
Test them out: if they don’t move, you’re good to go!

Everything you need to know about your product

Do you want to easily store your dip bars until your next workout? 
Simply fold them up! 
The legs can be rotated so they’re in line with the handles and the tube. This allows your bars to lay completely flat. 
You can then slide them under your couch, bed, table, or elsewhere! 

For smaller spaces, they have a storage position that makes them as compact as possible.

How to store your dips bars

If you’d like to make your dips workouts a bit more challenging, try wearing one of our 5 kg (11 lb) weighted jackets (ref: 8736051) or 10 kg (22 lb) weighted jackets (ref: 8734579).
If you’re starting out, use our training bands to help you do your dips.

Intensify your dip workouts

To start: 
- 3 x 3 bodyweight dips
- 3 x 8 supported dips using the training bands 
Next: 
- 3 x 10 to 15 press ups if you’re more advanced
- 3 x 10 seated (or standing) dumbbell presses 
To finish: 
- 4 x 8 to 12 bodyweight rows on the dip bars

These bars allow you to train your upper body by doing dips, body weight rows, and even press ups.

You can also target your legs with body weight exercises, including dynamic or explosive exercises: with the bars installed vertically, you can train as if you were using a speed ladder.

For stationary training, do L-sits; for dynamic training, do leg raises.
