Safety precautions
Warning: To avoid personal injury, complete the following checks before each shot. Never shoot with a damaged arrow. Inspect the shaft and nock. A damaged arrow can shatter on release, causing injury. Make sure arrow rest is in good condition and that it will not buckle under the strain of arrow action.Slightly flex the arrow shaft and check for any dents, bumps, or other marks. Turn the shaft, repeating this step two to three times.
Safety
/!\ Never leave a bow in the hands of a child who is not under constant supervision. Store the bow and arrows out of the reach of children. /!\ Never shoot an arrow up into the air: it can travel hundreds of metres. /!\ Never aim at a person or an animal. The shooting range must be clear. /!\ Inspect your arrow before each shot to ensure it is in good condition and only remove your arrows when no one is standing behind you. /!\ Failure to follow safety instructions can be fatal.
