The backpack’s water-repellent components allow you to continue walking or hiking in light rain for short periods. Note: This backpack is not watertight or waterproof and does not come with a rain cover. To keep your belongings dry on longer walks or hikes, we recommend the following product: 20- to 40-L (4.4 to 8.8 gal) Hiking Backpack Rain Cover (reference 8734213), which can be viewed on our website.
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: the main compartment and all the pockets are filled with little balls. The balls are then emptied into a graduated container to determine the equivalent volume in litres.
How to adjust your backpack
- Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjusters) - Put on the backpack - Tighten the shoulder straps - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed
How to pack your backpack
Put heavy items at the bottom. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece in an easy-to-access location. Place small, frequently used items in the pockets (sunscreen, map, glasses, etc.). Place your bottles in the side pockets.
Tested for optimum durability and strength
The following components were validated in the lab: fabric, buckles, straps, foam, and zippers. We check the resistance of the construction using a dummy that reproduces a hiker’s movements to replicate several years of wear and tear.

I bought this backpack to commute to work and after three weeks only, they are holes into the fabric and in the side pocket nets. It also offers very poor back support. I asked a refund or an exchange in store but unfortunately it was denied. Don't waste your money with this
product.
