Clean the flask properly after each use.If you use isotonic drinks, rinse all the components of the flask body, lid, and mouthpiece thoroughly to make sure that no liquid remains.Use washing-up liquid and a bottle brush to thoroughly clean the bottom of the flask.Then let it dry out completely and store it without the lid on to allow the flask to air properly.If not, you might get mould inside the flask.
Do not put in the dishwasher (especially at >70°C).

How to properly pack your trail running bag 

An emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 5 L bag!
The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket, within easy reach.

The new water bladder has a volume of 1 L, which provides two hours of running time between drink stations. 

Rescue whistle and water bladder information: 

Your water bladder has a volume of 1 L and measures 30 x 16 cm (11.8 x 6.3 in). Its tube equipped with a bite valve is 100 cm (39.2 in) long so that it can be adapted to all body sizes.
What you might not know is that you can easily cut the tube to the length you want for greater running comfort.
Fill the bladder with water between -20 and +40°C. No milk or alcohol. Not microwave safe.

Perspiration is a natural reaction to heat and physical exertion.
Cotton T-shirts should be avoided as cotton absorbs moisture and rapidly cools the skin rather than transferring moisture outward and drying quickly. Choosing a T-shirt made of a synthetic material will help you to feel more comfortable during your session, regardless of how long your session lasts.

Why should I choose a running T-shirt made with a synthetic fabric?

When you find a good running essential, you want to hold onto it as long as you can.For this reason, it's essential to wash your top correctly. 
- Wash it with other T-shirts and not with clothes that have metallic parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Put it through a mild cycle (30°) with just the right amount of washing powder
- Avoid drying it in a dryer or exposing it directly to the sun: UV rays cause discolouring and damage the fabric.

We listened to the customer reviews that complained about the bad taste of the plastic. We replaced the plastic film of the flask body. The testers really appreciated this change. We hope that you will too.If, despite everything, you are still bothered by an unpleasant taste:
- wash the flask with vinegar and bicarbonate of soda; 
- put the empty flask in the freezer;
- dry it thoroughly before storing it.

To make the headband more technically advanced, our team has gone for heat-bonded finish on the upper and lower parts, eliminating visible seams on the forehead.

This new design, suitable for both female and male runners, combines comfort and style with a modern feel.
We listened to feedback from runners for this second version (V2). The product is available with or without graphics, in various colours.

How does it all look, in terms of design and finish? 

For you to enjoy your activity to the max, it's essential for the product you're wearing to fit your body shape (not too big, not too small).
This one-size-fits-all running headband is made with a stretchy material that adjusts to head sizes ranging from 54 to 59 cm (21.3 to 23.2 in).
Don't forget to measure your head circumference!

Measuring 7 cm in height (or width, depending on how you look at it!), it can also be positioned on the ears for added comfort.

What head sizes does this headband fit?

Since it features a heat-bonded finish, our product doesn't like washing machines or high temperatures.
To preserve its technical qualities, we recommend washing the product by hand and letting it air dry.
