That’s why we designed this Nora bikini bottom. Its wide waistband with a body-shaping mesh provides a very good hold in the waves, as tested by our panel of intermediate surfers. With a medium cut.

Choosing your rash guard (Part 1) 

1 hour: occasional practice. Choose between a loose cut (priority to ease of dressing and comfort when dry) or a fitted cut (priority to comfort when wet). Look for a loop system so you can fasten the rash guard to your shorts.
2 hours: regular practice. A rash guard with a drawstring and seamless underarm panels improves fit and comfort in the water.
3 hours: intensive practice. A style with added warmth lets you stay out longer. 

Choosing your rash guard (Part 2)

The fabric of this Olaian anti-UV product blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA rays (UPF 50+), guaranteeing effective sun protection. Ideal for water sports, they can be worn in or out of the waves. The density of the weave filters out UV rays for long-lasting protection, even after washing. Caution: the elastane in the fibres may deteriorate in chlorinated water. 

UV protection 

UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) is an international standard that measures the proportion of UV rays a fabric lets through to your skin. A UPF of 50+ means the fabric blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA rays. 

What does UPF 50+ mean? 

This anti-UV top has two drawstrings on the hips to attach the sides of the top to the swimsuit bottoms for greater stability in waves. A loop allows you to fasten your shirt to your shorts.

Suitable for multiple water sports 

This top is UV-resistant, but it doesn’t provide total sun protection. Consider other factors like reflections (off water, sand, etc.), temperature, and time of day. Wearing this top is just one part of staying safe in the sun. You should also wear sunglasses and a hat or cap, apply sunscreen regularly, and drink plenty of water.

The appearance of fogging depends on several factors, the difference in temperature between the body and the water, humidity levels, etc. 
Wear due to friction is one of the main causes.
If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.
It is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to drop over time.

We provide an anti-fog marker that reactivates an ageing anti-fog treatment and makes your goggles last longer.

Fogging

The seal of the Swim goggles relies on the silicone skirts being correctly fitted to the shape of your face. 
Before purchase, we advise you to do the "suction" test without the strap. 
If the goggles stay on the face by themselves with a little suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. This also enables you to spot any areas of discomfort or annoyance when the model is on the face.
This model comes in sizes S (narrow faces) and L.

Choice of size

Swimming goggles that fit the shape of your face does not need to be over-tightened.

Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, leave marks and even create holes that let water get inside.

You don’t need to press against the lenses with your hands. A light suction effect is all you should need to keep water out.

The straps ideally should rest 2-3 cm above your ears.
This position will optimize the grip and comfort of the goggles.

How to adjust your goggles

We recommend: 
- rinsing your goggles (only if necessary) by simply dipping it in water
- not spraying the inner surface of the lenses with powerful jets of water.
- storing the goggles in their case after each session to prevent damage to the lenses (on the inner surface as there is an anti-fog coating and on the outer surface to prevent scratches)
- not exposing them to temperatures of over 60°C

Care - Precautions

The colour of your lenses should suit your swimming location and its lighting.
If you swim outdoors or in a swimming pool with bright lighting, it is preferable to use smoked lenses for greater comfort and reducing the glare.

If you’re outdoors in the evening or the pool is dark, use clear lenses.

Lens tint

Complies with standard QB/T 4734-2023; all Nabaiji swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays when used normally, regardless of the lens tint. 

Looking directly at the sun is dangerous and can lead to irreversible eye damage.
