I am a big fan of the van rysel skinsuits, great design, amazing value and the 2025 model is - in most ways - even better with nicer materials. However there's a major flaw in the '25 model - the shorts, which fit me great in size L in past versions - are now much longer and c
ome down almost over my knee cap and bind my knee up through the pedal stroke. You can see it on the decathlon website photo, the shorts come down to the knee cap of the model. Even the medium of the 2025 version is far too long in the shorts. If you have a long femur this product will be a 5 star rating, but for most other people in my view the 2025 skinsuit may not work. Why Decathlon, did you mess with a good thing?

Seriously good bit of kit. Unknown aero credentials but the key takeaway was the comfort and stability. Pockets, pads and legs stayed where they should. Small amount of slip on the arms but overall great bit of kit for a good price.
