From what we’ve seen on the field and through discussions with coaches, we took note of various needs when laying out exercises: marking points on the ground, dodging, etc. And so, the Essential collection was designed: It's made up of clever, affordable products that fulfil a major function (marking out drills, creating targets, etc.) to help you run fun, effective training sessions for all age groups. Budding soccer players at the Kipstacademy had a whale of a time testing their durability by walking all over the cones!

How comfortable is this backpack?

Yes! Despite its simplicity, this backpack is full of resources. In addition to its large compartment, it features three zipped pockets for your valuables, two bottle holders, and an inner divider for a water bladder or a 15-inch computer.

Is it well organized?

No, this bag is water-repellent, but not waterproof. Its components are designed to temporarily withstand light rain, but it is not waterproof and is not equipped with a rain cover. Don’t forget to add a rain cover if the weather is unsettled.

Contents of the ready-to-play kit

Throw the bags at the board and try to score 21 points.

Players stand between 4 metres and 6 metres from the board, depending on the chosen level of difficulty. 
The players take turns throwing a bag onto the board.
The round is over once all 4 bags have been thrown.
The rounds continue until one player wins by reaching 21 points.

The following rules will help you understand how points are counted:
1. Once all the bags have been thrown, each team counts their points: one point per bag on the board and three points per bag in the hole.
2. The team scoring the most points in a round subtracts the other team’s score from their own, then adds this number to their overall score.

Example: Red team scores six points. Blue team scores two points. The red team wins and adds 4 points to their score

Water can seep underneath, especially around the ears. This cap protects from splashing.

How waterproof is a swimming cap?

Fabric composition:
Made of a swimsuit-type fabric that is easy to get on/off without pulling at your hair. Finishing seams around the head to ensure the cap remains in place.

Coated fabric:
A comfortable mesh cap. It is coated with a layer of silicone that reduces leaks and elasticity, providing a close fit.

Silicone: 
Silicone is less comfortable but highly elastic to guarantee a close fit and prevent water from leaking into the cap.

How to choose swimming cap material 

There are several alternatives to standard swimming caps to suit everyone’s needs:

- brush caps: made of a highly stretch mesh.
- waffle stitch caps: made of latex, can be put on without pulling at your hair.
- volume or extra volume caps: the shape of these silicone caps provides more room for full hair.

- moulded or shell swimming caps: these silicone caps are made for competitive swimming.

- neoprene caps: perfect for open-water swimming.

Are there any other types of swimming caps?

The silicone cap is very stretchy and resistant to stretching, but it is sensitive to snags. So be careful when putting it on, especially with nails and barrettes.

If the cap catches on your hair, dust with talcum powder before putting it on!
