It's crucial to determine the load for your dog based on the dog's weight. We recommend a total load equivalent to no more than 15% of your dog’s weight. 
It's also crucial to distribute this load evenly between the pockets. For example: If your dog weighs 20 kg (44.1 lb), that’s 3 kg (6.6 lb) in total, so 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) in each pocket.

How much weight can your dog carry?

Once you’ve cleaned the waterproof pocket, you can add some biscuits or treats in a freezer bag. You won't notice any smell! Depending on the duration of your outing and your habits, your dog can carry: its lead, a collar, a soft dish, the contents of a first aid kit, etc.

To choose the right size of harness for your dog, you need to take their chest measurement. 
Here is the size guide for this measurement: 
Size S: 
45 to 57 cm (17.7–22.4 in)

Size M: 57 to 70 cm (22.4–27.6 in)

Size L: 70 to 80 cm (27.6–31.5 in)

Size XL: from 80 to 90 cm (31.5–35.4 in)
