Why should I choose a running T-shirt made with a synthetic fabric?

When you find a good running & trail T-shirt, you want to hold onto it as long as you can. For this reason, it's essential to wash your top correctly. 
- Wash it with other T-shirts and not with clothes that have metallic parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Put it through a mild cycle (30°C) with just the right amount of washing powder
- Avoid drying it in a dryer or exposing it directly to the sun: UV rays cause discolouring and damage the fabric.
