Is this resistance band easy to carry?

This elastic resistance band is easy to wash in soapy water. We recommend avoiding chemical products, which could damage its resistance and elasticity.

Care

This resistance band allows you to complete a variety of exercises and work the lower body. 
For example, you can work the glutes by doing lunges, leg raises (standing or lying down), or squats.
To strengthen the core, the band adds spice to your bicycle exercises, for instance.
