Design

Engineers and product designers work closely together to develop and enrich our collection of soccer goals with innovative models. For the Classic Goal collection, we kept customer feedback in mind as we focused on recreating the feel of playing with a real goal while making sure to create a durable, safe, and high-quality product.

Durability test

We work with an in-house mechanics lab (on the Btwin Village site) that lets us validate the design of our goals before we put them into production. For example, to assess a product's solidity, we perform load tests that simulate a child's weight. During this test, we apply a 35 kg (75 lb) load make sure that the goals don't get deformed.

Resistance Test

To test the durability of the hooks that hold the net in place, our test engineers helped us set up a fatigue test. We were able to verify that, over the course of 5000 cycles, the hooks don't break. It comes with real 90° steel top corners (for sizes S and M), while the size L is made from aluminum to withstand shots from both large and small balls.

5-year warranty

With a surface treatment (cataphoresis) that allows greater protection against rust, this goal is guaranteed 5 years against corrosion.
