Choosing the right size leather soccer cleat

To ensure your feet are as comfortable as possible we recommend choosing a soccer cleat that is half a size smaller than your usual size. The leather upper is naturally very supple and, unlike synthetic materials, will stretch and fit the contours of your foot. For your Viralto II cleats, pick a half size smaller (CAN / US size, 1 Euro size) than your usual size. If you normally wear a size 9.5 (CAN / US) for soccer cleats, we recommend choosing a size 9 (CAN / US) for your Viralto II cleats.

Flex-H and Dual Hardness technologies

For optimum flexibility for sudden changes of direction and push-offs, wild dashes, and between-the-lines passes, we use the following two technologies: Flex-H, on the front of the outsole, allows the sole to bend in the shape of a horizontal “H.” Dual Hardness combines TPU with different hardness properties for more flexibility or support depending on the targeted zone.

We designed these soccer cleats with a podiatrist specializing in sports and professional football. Together, we developed and validated the various technologies and concepts used in these soccer cleats. When creating the outsole, for example, the number of studs, their rounded shape and their locations on the cleat were specifically researched and designed to ensure the best balance between grip and comfort.

Optimal Strike Zone

We enlarged the main surface area that makes contact with the ball by placing the laces in an asymmetric line. The laces were shifted to the outside by 10 degrees to provide you with a larger sweet spot for controlling, passing, and striking the ball. Moulded, turf, artificial, screwed: the different soles

The Viralto comes in 4 different sole variants: These refer to the type of field you play on: - TF (turf or stabilized): rubber sole for hard artificial or slate fields. - FG (firm ground): the famous "moulded" TPU studs made for long natural or artificial grass - MG/AG (artificial): sole specially designed for artificial fields. - SG (soft ground): for soft or muddy fields; a hybrid sole that has 6 screw-in studs.
