You show no fear in waves of more than one metre. Your swimsuit has to stay in place, whatever the strength of the wave. This line was designed for intense surfing sessions, for all body types.

Whether you’re surfing or swimming, you don’t want to lose your swimsuit! That’s why we test all our swimsuits in the waves. This model is designed for surfing, but is also suitable for sports such as stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, kite surfing, bathing, etc.

Body type

Perfect for surfing and bodyboarding, the Carla bikini top provides plenty of coverage, and the wide elastic band under the bust keeps it in place even in strong waves. Your shoulders can move freely when you’re paddling, and the stylish back zip makes the top easy to put on and take off. The padded cups are removable.

Hydrophobic cups: A Decathlon innovation

The Carla bikini top features removable, fully hydrophobic perforated cups that keep the bikini top firmly in place in the waves, shape the bust, and conceal your nipples when the swimsuit is wet. Plus, they’re designed to dry quickly.

What are padded cups?

Unlike cut and stitched foam pads, shaped cups have no visible seams, cause no irritation, and create a smooth, flattering silhouette. Most of Olaian’s women’s swimsuits feature padded cups for maximum comfort. In some styles, the cups are removable so you can adjust the fit by a half size.

Stays in place in the waves

Our swimsuits are designed to stay in place in the waves. Our women’s styles are tested by a panel of female surfers with different body types. They’re first tested in a pool under simulated surfing conditions, then worn during real sessions in the ocean.

Our work centres on helping women to feel good in our swimsuits. The bust is not flattened, the bottoms don’t dig in, and the level of coverage varies. Our mission is to ensure that every woman can find a swimming costume that suits her body, whatever her shape or size.

Dry sizing and wet sizing

Swimsuits become looser when wet, so it’s important to choose the correct size. Your swimsuit should fit snugly when you try it on in the fitting room. Keep in mind that the elastane in some of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.
