Your resistance bands also deserve to relax! After your workout, develop a little ritual. Clean your bands with a slightly damp cloth to remove traces of dust or sweat. Then let them air dry.

Why use a weighted vest for cross-training and weight training?

Tired of hand washing your gym equipment? Our weighted vest is machine washable.

Just remember to remove all the weights before starting your washing machine.

Easy to wash

Quick adjustment: 
- put on the vest
- close the clips on the vest
- tighten it using the straps on the side

To add weight: 
- add the 0.5 kg (1.1 kg) weights into the pockets designed for this purpose
- make sure to balance them evenly across each side

Safety and max weight

If you intend to do the Murph workout with your weighted jacket, we recommend using the training pads (ref.:8487863). They keep your hands from getting blisters on the bar during strict pull-ups.

Stay comfortable during a Hero WOD

Between workouts, you can: 
- Let your weighted vest air dry and apply an odour reducing product if necessary
- Remove the weights and hand wash the vest with a damp rag
- Machine wash it, but don’t forget to remove the weights first!

Our tips for maintaining your weighted vest

4 to 6 sets with 1 to 2 minutes of rest between sets.
- Beginner: 20 sec. work, 40 sec. rest, then go to the next exercise.
- Intermediate: 30 sec. work, 30 sec. rest
- Experienced: 40 sec. work, 20 sec. rest

After finishing the first exercise, rest then go straight to the second. Then to the third, fourth, and so on:
- press-ups
- pull-ups
- dips 
- squats 

As you progress, increase your work time and decrease your rest time.
