The belt offers three ways to attach the leash. The choice is yours.

1. Using the ring. Pass the handle of the leash through the ring, then clip the carabiner through the handle to create a loop. 
2. Using the carabiner. Follow the same method, but with one carabiner at each end.
3. Using the belt strap directly. Simply pass the strap through the handle of the line. 

Whether you’re competing or not, you’ll be ready for anything.

Choose one of three ways to attach the leash to the belt

Just like with a climbing harness, place one leg through each loop, keeping the orange strap at the front. 

Then position the widest part over your hips and the narrow part around your waist. 

Fasten the buckle at the front and adjust the various straps to fit: 
- around the thighs
- where the wide and narrow parts meet

The orange strap does not need to be adjusted. It depends on your personal preference.

Tips for fitting the belt correctly

The thigh straps should be snug. 

The wider part over your hips should be slightly loose; it will tighten naturally when under tension. 

The narrow part, on the other hand, should already be properly adjusted and secure. 

The connecting straps should be adjusted evenly and symmetrically.

You don’t need to do these adjustments every time, just the first time using it.

A soft flask to make your trail runs more comfortable

To prevent residual plastic taste, rinse your flask in clean water 3 times before each use. Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. If the plastic taste persists, place your dry flask in the freezer.

You can remove the mouthpiece to clean it. This is especially important if you are filling the bottle with sugary drinks!
Finally, to avoid any noise while running, remember to remove air by sucking out the air bubbles.

How to take care of your flask?

What is the soft flask's running time and what is it compatible with?

Your 500 ml soft flask has a thumb hole. This is to help you carry it effortlessly even when you have pushed yourself to the limit during your trail run.
The mouthpiece of the flask has an on/off position. In the off position, you can avoid any nasty surprises during transportation. In the on position, your flask will not leak while you are running: Pinch the mouthpiece and suck to drink.
Finally, the flask is designed so that you can drink without removing it from the front pocket of your bag.

A user-friendly design for trail running

To guarantee the quality of the 500 ml soft flask, our design team asked 12 runners to use it during a running session on a treadmill. 
Much more relaxed than a trail run, running on a treadmill gives you the opportunity to concentrate on the flow rate of the mouthpiece, the taste-free water, the lack of any discomfort when using the mouthpiece, the movements of the flask and the user comfort.
We used the feedback provided by our testers to design a product for trail running.
