Clean your golf ball as often as possible, ideally between shots (tee-off and before putting). Frequently inspect your golf ball to check it is in good condition and to ensure good ball flight and precision.

Maintenance

Yes, you can use the Distance 100 ball in amateur competitions. R&A approval is only required for use in professional tournaments. To reduce its cost and environmental impact, we adapt the composition of this ball in accordance with the material offcuts available at the time of manufacturing, meaning it is not eligible for approval. Each individual ball complies with all the criteria for R&A approval (flight distance, size, and weight).

The design team carefully studied the movement of the foot during the swing motion, allowing us to create the ideal design for the sole and structure of the spikes.
The new sole combines two materials for comfort and maximum grip.

An innovative, dual-section sole

EVA gives more cushioning, which is vital when you’re walking 7 to 8 km on the course. 
The midsole is asymmetrical to adapt to the golf swing motion.

Part 1: the EVA midsole

Rubber is flexible and lightweight.
Our R&D team studied the movement of the foot during the swing motion. We identified the ideal geometry and thickness of each spike to guarantee maximum grip during the swing.
We also redesigned the distribution of the spikes across the entire sole to make it robust.

Part 2: the rubber outsole

“The lines of the WW 500 converge at the front of the foot for added dynamism. The link between the upper and the sole has been re-worked to reinforce the shoe’s identity.”

Designer’s comments

- The mesh base of the upper with ultra-thin, thermally welded films protects the toes and the entire circumference of the shoe, keeping out humidity without adding weight or taking away flexibility.
- The openwork outsole ensures a lighter shoe and increases comfort.
- The spikes are more pronounced on the front and inner sections of the foot to increase grip during the swing.

Designed for golfing in warm and dry conditions. These shoes are not waterproof so they’re more breathable.
