Regardless of your cup size or age, breast movement during a workout can exert a force up to five times your breasts’ actual weight. Wearing a sports bra provides the essential support they need. Decathlon's sports bras are designed by our sports team to optimize your comfort and prevent health issues. We don't use any underwiring so that there's no risk of causing injury or of compressing the lymph nodes. We minimize seams over the nipples to reduce the risk of rubbing. And by prioritizing perspiration-wicking fabrics, we keep you comfortable and lower the risk of skin irritation. 

This bra can be washed very frequently. We recommend that you remove the foam cups before washing and wash everything in our laundry bag, sold separately (ref. 8505236). Wash at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent and do not use fabric softeners as they can affect the fabric’s breathability. Do not tumble dry.
