All our goggles are 100% anti-UV certified by the EN-174 standard. Goggles, which perfectly enclose the eyes and prevent any direct or reflected UV light from entering, provide the best protection.

UV protection

S1 is a light lens for improved visibility in bad weather, fog, or snow. The lens was selected with a yellow tint to improve terrain visibility in bad weather, although it remains low in such conditions. Do not place yourself in danger in unknown or hazardous areas.
Lenses are not scratch-resistant.

Fog S1 Lens

Essential anti-fogging is a dual lens with treatment on the inside of the inner lens.
To ensure effective ventilation, do not block the vent with a neck warmer, for example.
Do not rub inner surface of lens. Instead, dab it carefully to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.Dry your goggles thoroughly after use.

Essential anti-fog

Dual screen reduces condensation. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the goggles is lower, limiting fogging on the goggles’ inner lens. The inner lens also has an anti-fog treatment.

The EN -174 standard is a European standard applied to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or during similar activities, such as snowboarding. The ANSI standard, the American standard, has more stringent requirements for resistance to shocks and impact.
These ski goggles pass both these standards.

Moisture causes fogging. To prevent this, the foam should not get damp, for example by placing the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. Dry your ski goggles completely overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use dry goggles the next day.

How big is it? What’s the circumference?

Average measured variation: maximum of 2%.
We measure the ball’s sphericity at 4,500 different points and then examine any discrepancies. 
If the discrepancy is greater than 2% (FIFA Pro Standard), our engineers work on improving the sphericity to ensure a consistent bounce.

A round ball?

We inflate the ball to the recommended pressure (11.6 psi).
The ball cannot lose more than 15% of its pressure over the next 72 hours, meaning a maximum pressure loss of 1.5 psi. The pressure after 72 hours must be approximately 10.1 psi.
This also means that it’s quite normal for a ball to lose pressure after a few days.

To simulate rainy playing conditions in a lab, we put the ball in 2 cm of water on a pivoting support and subjected it to 250 compressions.
By the end of the test, the ball must not have absorbed more than 15% of its weight. For this ball, it means a maximum of 65 g.

We’ve also tested how much water the ball absorbs.

Between 125 and 155 cm (size 5) with a maximum difference of 10 cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from a height of 2 m.Between 115 and 155 cm (42.3' and 61.0') for size 3 and size 4 balls.

It’s all about the bounce

The most demanding test this ball undergoes is the machine shot test.
The ball must resist up to 2,500 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km/h at a distance of 2.5 m.
At the end of the test, we check:
- The ball’s general condition: Stitching must remain intact.
- Circumference: Must not have varied by more than 1.5 cm.

- Sphericity: Must not have varied by more than 2%.
- Air pressure: Pressure loss must not exceed 15%
