Cotton T-shirts should be avoided as cotton absorbs moisture and rapidly cools the skin rather than transferring moisture outward and drying quickly. Choosing a T-shirt made of a synthetic material will help you to feel more comfortable during your session, regardless of how long your session lasts.

Why should I choose a running T-shirt made with a synthetic fabric?

When you find a good running essential, you want to hold onto it as long as you can.For this reason, it's essential to wash your top correctly. 
- Wash it with other T-shirts and not with clothes that have metallic parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Put it through a mild cycle (30°) with just the right amount of washing powder
- Avoid drying it in a dryer or exposing it directly to the sun: UV rays cause discolouring and damage the fabric.
