Pitching/folding

Mattress compatibility
We recommend using the tent with a self-inflating or trekking mattress measuring a maximum of 65 cm (25.6 in) wide. We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 6 cm in height due to the reduction in living space and condensation resistance.
Ventilation
2 side doors enable maximum ventilation when they are open. Breathable mesh bedroom with mechanical ventilation. The space between the flysheet and around the base of the tent enables air to circulate between the bedroom and the flysheet and reduces natural condensation. The Fresh technology reduces the sun's heat.
Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are tested in the lab (whole tent under 200 L/h for 3 hours) and in the field (2000 mm PU-coated polyester flysheet, 5000 mm PU polyester groundsheet, all seams sealed with thermo-bonded tape). A breathable polyester fabric under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.
Wind resistance
All our tents are tested in a wind tunnel on a rotating plate to expose them on all sides. A properly pitched tent with all the guy ropes properly positioned around the tent should remain habitable in wind speeds of up to 50 km/h (Force 6), measured near ground level.
Warranty / After-sales service
We care about the durability of our products. That is why all our tents are designed to be repairable. The spare parts and pole repairs are available from your Decathlon workshop or on our website. If you have a problem, have your tent inspected at the nearest Decathlon store.

This is a pretty interesting product that I ended up getting outside of Canada. It's much better than regular popup tents because the poles inside are actual poles. The mechanism is really a few hinges and a rope pull to get the hinges to lock, but it's sturdy and works wel
l. The rainfly is somewhat merged into the tent and cannot be removed. It does only take a few seconds to prop up, but setting pegs will take longer. It's a car campers dream because it's up and down so quickly. It's also very dark inside (not pitch black), lots of privacy and no hot sun beaming down. Now for the downsides... It is pretty small to start. 2 smaller people will fit, but not a lot of extra room for things if you use an air mattress. The other downside is that it's pretty expensive on the Canadian market, it goes for cheaper in other countries. There's some odd quality issues, like the floor is not a single piece of material and has a taped seam down the middle. There's some stitching on the window mesh near zipper that looks like it won't hold up. This tent also has a really nice awning that attaches to it, to give you more space, but it can't be purchased in Canada. Overall I think it's a good product, just wish it had a bit more "attention" on the Canadian market.

I seen this used on numerous you tube videos, but could not find a company who sells them. Finally after searching the world I found a store right here in Burnaby, not far from where I live. Ordered on line and the tent was shipped from Quebec, go figure. The package was on my
door step within 10 days. Very happy with the service. I set the tent up the next day in my backyard to make sure every thing was in order. The company says 2 second set up, but that's a little far fetched. It took me 10 secs to get it out the bag, ha. once out of the bag, then it took me 10 secs to open completely. (I'm not as fast as I used to be, but very happy to set up under 1 minute. Prince George BC

This is my first tent and I am thrilled with it. Typical tents with poles and pegs kept me away from camping for almost 20 years. This two second tent does take a bit longer - more like 20 seconds - to unpack and set up but the pop/unpop is amazing. I used it the same night I
bought it for two nights and it was the perfect size and height for a single woman. The dark interior is great for light sleepers though it can be challenging to find black objects like phones and battery packs. This tent was so easy and fun to use that I can't wait to take my dog camping next month so we can use it again.
