Its straps are adjustable and can be worn straight or crossed. To cross them at the middle of your back, just use the hook to attach the two rings together. Decathlon sports bras are validated in our labs using a chest support test. This measures how much your chest slows down during sports activity. There are three levels of support: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support, and 5 for high support.

The sports bra's support should be adapted to your activity. Our range comes in three levels:
– Level 1: light support for low-impact activities (e.g., Pilates, stretching, strength training).

Cup sizes greater than C or D

To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.

How to put on this sports bra
