This road, gravel and mountain bike saddle is designed for all cyclists.

Back Position

This saddle is available in two sizes: 145 mm (5.7”) and 155 mm (6.1”). We have done tests in partnership with our R&D lab: Decathlon Sportslab. The goal of the study was to be able to recommend the correct saddle size based on the distance between the sit bones, for every cyclist riding several times a week.


1.Tests done with Decathlon Sportslab

For a sit bone distance between 90 mm (3.5”) and 120 mm (4.7”), choose the 145 mm (5.7”) saddle. 
For a sit bone distance between 120 mm (4.7”) and 140 mm (5.5”), choose the 155 mm (6.1”) saddle.
If you tend to use a more upright position on your bike (with a back angle between 45° and 60°), choose the larger 155 mm (6.1”) saddle. This will make your rides more comfortable.

2.Choose you saddle width

Required equipment: 2 pieces of cardboard, a stool (with a flat surface), a ruler, a pen. 
1.Place the two pieces of cardboard on top of each other. 2.Sit on the stool with your back straight. Next, use some force on to pull the stool upwards into you for 1 minute. 3. Stand up and find the spots where your sit bones were pushed into the cardboard. 4. Find the centre between the two marks and draw a line connecting them.

- Choose a saddle that matches your back position on your bike (here, we are using a saddle with a 30° back angle)

To make the most of your bike rides:

Required equipment: a measuring tape, a book, and a pencil. Stand up, barefoot with your back against a wall. Keep your feet slightly apart (around 15–20 cm [6”–8”) max) and your heels against the wall. Look straight ahead.
b. Next, place the book against the wall and slide it between your legs up to your perineum: apply a slight force just like a saddle would.


1.Determining saddle height (part 1)

c. Measure the distance between the top of the book and the floor then transfer that measurement to your bike. You’ll need to multiply the value you get by 0.883. 
(Ex: if you measure 89 cm, you’ll need 89 x 0.883 = 78.6 cm. This means that the centre of your saddle to the centre of your bottom bracket should measure 78.6 cm)


1.Determining saddle height (part 2)

To do this step, adjust the incline to be flat using a bubble level placed on the front of the saddle (from the centre of the saddle to the tip).
We recommend going on a few rides to find the right saddle incline adjustment.

2.Adjusting the saddle incline

The forward or backward distance of the saddle is very important, since it’ll help you be more effective on your ride and make it more comfortable. 
a. Sit on your bike, holding yourself against a wall for example.
b. Clip your bike shoes into the pedals and place the crank horizontally, parallel to the ground. c. The pedal axle should be aligned with the front of your knee (not too far forward or backward).

3. Adjust your saddle forward or backward

How our Endurance cycling shorts were designed

The Endurance bib shorts come with a new anatomical chamois pad. 
The central seam lets the pad fold. This construction technology ensures a perfect fit and stability in the saddle.

Developed for men’s bodies, it is made of stretch layers that follow your body’s movement when pedalling.

Anatomic Endurance pad

This chamois pad is made from a unique combination of materials that offer the protection you need on your long rides. Both in the ischial and perineal areas. It has a protective, high-density, 120 kg/m³ foam insert. The top layer of fabric, which is in direct contact with the skin, is made from spandex and brushed polyester threads to prevent rubbing and irritation. 
All layers are extremely breathable.
