Rhythmic gymnasts need the right hoop size for their age and height.
The hoop should be as high as the hip. We have different sizes available.
To pick a size: Stand with feet together and heels down. Place the hoop upright beside you. The top of the hoop should reach your hip.

How to choose the right hoop

Use the hoop on a gymnastics mat or multi-sport floor. Hard surfaces such as wood and concrete can damage it.
Wash with a small amount of liquid dish soap and water. Scrub gently with a soft sponge. Rinse well.
Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.

How to care for your hoop

You can change the colour of your hoop with our adhesive tape.
To pick a size: - make sure your hoop is dust-free and clean
- personalize it with our adhesive tape
- cover the coloured tape with clear tape to help it last longer

Personalising your hoop

We also offer a cover for protecting and easily carrying rhythmic gymnastics hoops, which can hold up to six hoops measuring 75 to 89 cm.
