I bought this not less than a year ago and it had broken even if the warranty time is 2 years. I have used all the proper measures to keep the band as good as possible. I have been using this band for more than 2.5 years now, but this band's quality has degraded than expected.

It got cut into 3 parts , I dont know how , so I am not able to use it . Can it be replaced with the new one ?
