It is an excellent Gym Mat that comes with a beautiful colour and print. Sticks to the floor strongly. No slipping. Good for both HIIT & yoga workout. But the product description is misleading. The technical description says it comes with a sling to carry to gym in ease. The
images also show the Mat with a sling to carry. Unfortunately it doesn't come with any. The Mat comes along. Which is sad and bad. On complaining to the customer care service they just closed my complaint by saying that the pictures & description are wrong. It doesn't come with a sling. It was disheartening. I have told all my friends not to purchase Gym mats from here online. Their database is botched.

pretty nice mat, the only down side is that it's a little bit slippery on smooth floors, it sometimes moves on the floor especially during yoga!! other than that it has a good grip to the hand and nice thickness doesn't hurt the body!!
