Excellent choice for short distance run. Water is easily squirted out with a light squeeze - it has it's pro and con. Pro - able to take a drink-on-the-go during run effortlessly, Con - sometimes water squirted out too easily when not intended because water dispense with just
a light squeeze. I can hold securely even during trail run.

Garbage. Poorly designed. Bought one of these a couple of days ago and used it for the first time today. During my 14km run I had to readjust or reattach the strap at the bottom of the bottle at least 10 times as it just doesn’t stay in place. The slightest movement from my ha
nd to drink water and the strap would move and dislodge or simply come off. I bought this bottle for the price and the quick shot top but it wasn’t worth it. I own two other very similar hand hand water bottles made by NATHAN and NIKE which work perfectly.

Even though it is a hand-carry thingy, it is very convenient due to the slick design of the bottle coupled with the soft fiber strap. The volume of 350 ml is sufficient for one to bring along isotonic or sports drink while jogging/running.

There are other handheld bottles that easier to hold, but if you can't find those, this one is a fair subsitute.
