I experienced nipple chafing when running for a long time. I wouldn’t recommend it for running.

We are sorry you got hurt while running in this tank top. Humidity, the length of your run and many other factor can indeed increase the risk of friction between the fabric and the skin. We recommend using a bit of hydrating lotion on some sensible part for longer runs.
