TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

What's drop?

The drop of a shoe is the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. The shorter the drop, the more natural the foot movement for running, reducing "biomechanical" action, which can cause injury. The drop of these AT Breath shoes has been reduced to 6 mm to respect your little one's natural stride!

This is the first time that I bought a pair of running shoes from Decathlon. Color wise as I have chosen, black & grey, very ideal as at the time of buying I had in mind to wear them most of the time, be it to the office or for any outing, and so they are just perfect. Really serve the purpose. When I was in a rush to go out, I even wore them without socks and yet still comfortable and certainly last me through the day at work or even when outside. Happy to have bought the pair. I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the shoes. Have not used them for active walking/running/any form of sports yet, which I will do in the course of coming week when I have completely rested after getting myself the 3rd COVID jab.
