The shoe works very well for me. I've run over 500km with this and very happy. I saw one reviewer mention the shoes coming undone. I use a spring loaded grommet to tie them - also known as a plastic cord lock, easy to tighten and doesn't come loose at all.

I like the shoe but found the arch support a bit off for my foot. I swapped out the inner shoe pad with an older shoe I had, problem solved. Maybe an issue with the insert design?

I feel Problem and I also sent mail about it but till I can not get proper answer... I bought expensive shoes but they wore out after only 8 months and the side strap came off... When I went to buy the Shoes, the person told me "soles of these boots will not deteriorate for
at least 3-4 years and if any If there is a problem, they give a replacement immediately from the stores but now they told "The sole does not come under warranty for wear and tear" The problem occurred only in 7-8 months...
